Hours: Mon-Thurs: 7 AM – 6 PM and Fri – Sun* from 7 AM – 6 PM

- Verify that there is electrical power to the outlet and the circuit breaker is not blown.
- If you are NOT a full-service vendor, open door to verify there are no column jams, dollar bill jams, or that the change tube is empty.
- Push all selection buttons.
- After performing the checks above, deposit money in the machine to see if it works properly.
- If these steps do not resolve the problem, call the repair hotline and refer to the equipment number on your machine. One of our technicians will help you promptly.
